Q – What delivery service do you use?

A – We use Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class.  Your order should arrive between 3-5 days after being posted. 

Q – How does Gallop and Glee fit?

A – We have sizing info on each product page, please check this before you go ahead and order.  If you have any questions, please email

Q – Can I cancel/ amend my order?

A – Please call 07710 730000 immediately if you need to make any changes to your order.  Alternatively, you can email however we may not pick up your email in time.

Q – Can I exchange an item?

A – All products are made to order so we do not offer exchanges on orders.

Q – Can I return a personalised item?

A – Due to the unique nature personalised items cannot be returned.  Please double check all product sizes are correct and the spelling of your personalisation is correct too.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Q – Is return shipping free?

A – Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free return shipping due to the costs involved, it is just not financially viable for us to offer this service currently.

Q – Where are your products made?

A – All of our Gallop and Glee products are printed in the UK.  The garments used have all been carefully selected for quality and their manufacturing policies from factories in the USA and India.  This can change from time to time.

Q – The items I recently purchased have been reduced, can I get them at the sale price?

A – For any purchases made online if we reduce your items within 24 hours of ordering, please email  when you receive your delivery and we’ll refund the difference back to you.
