Refund and Returns Policy
When ordering clothing please note that I do not hold stock, your order is custom printed just for you. Please read the returns policy below before you place your order.
Clothing orders can only be cancelled/amended within 24 hours of ordering and only if I have not started work on your order. Please call 07710 730000 as soon as possible, to avoid your order being made.
I can only exchange or refund custom/ personalised clothing items if the items are defected or damaged.

Any refunds due are given within 14 days of receipt and only if the product is unworn, unused, in its original unopened packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
Gallop and Glee will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the procedure given below. Please contact me if you have any problems and I will do my best to help.
Please send me an email to within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your full name, address, contact telephone number, order number, description, and photos of the product you wish to return and a brief reason for the return. I will reply with the address of where to return the goods.
E-gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
To return, place the unused goods into the original packaging then package them securely ready for returning. Please include a copy of the returns email. Ensure you have the relevant insurance from your chosen courier to cover loss or damage, I cannot be held responsible for this.
To receive a full refund goods must be returned to me within 28 days in the original packaging in an unused condition. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs unless the item is faulty. If you receive a refund the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once received the goods will be checked and providing are in excellent condition a full refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. I cannot accept returned goods if the original packaging has been destroyed.
Any orders that do not involve damage or defective items will not be eligible for P&P refund.
If you believe your item is faulty, please email to discuss your concerns. Please include photos/ video to help us understand your concern. If I agree your item needs to be returned, I will send you an address of where to return it to. You will need to include with your return a copy of the email stating your order number, contact details and the reason for the return.
Once I have received the item, I will conduct an inspection and email you with my findings. If the item is deemed as faulty then I will either replace the item or offer a refund. Your return P&P will be refunded up to £4.95.
Please note if your returned item is not deemed faulty by me or the manufacturer your P&P will not be refunded. You will also be liable for the P&P for me to return the item to you.
Any item bought online in the ‘sale/ offers section’ are non-returnable and non-refundable. All sale items are only available while stock lasts. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
Refunds will be made within 30 working days from where the money was originally debited.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
